I am an International TVET Expert, Lead Trainer, and Career Counselor with extensive experience managing high-impact vocational and educational initiatives. My career is built on the core belief that effective training requires more than just technical instruction; it requires a deep understanding of human behavior, modern digital pedagogy, and global sustainability standards.
Currently, I serve as the National Team Leader for the GIZ Skill4SE Project and act as a Technical Consultant for the ILO ISEC Project. My work involves designing competency standards, developing facilitator guides, and building assessment tools for community-based youth training programs, including extensive hands-on initiatives in regions like Cox’s Bazar.
Beyond institutional management, my passion lies in behavioral psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I actively research and apply these concepts—such as state management and anchoring—to enhance teacher training environments and instructional delivery. I am also the author of TVET Project Management, a comprehensive guide for professionals navigating the complexities of vocational education initiatives and other books.
